Our story
Fortuna began as a local staffing provider in Poland and quickly evolved into a leading logistics workforce partner operating across Poland, Czech Republic and in Denmark . With every year, we’ve expanded our reach, opened new offices, and delivered scalable staffing solutions to meet the needs of the fast-moving logistics and e-commerce sectors.
Our Warsaw headquarters oversees a growing network of offices, warehouses, and dedicated training centers. In 2025, we’re expanding our operations in the Czech Republic with a central office in Brno and moving our Polish HQ to a new facility on Jana Pawła II Street.

All workers are provided accommodation in Fortuna-owned facilities and transported safely to and from worksites using our own fleet. Coordinators operate across cities, offering 24/7 support and overseeing operational safety.
