What is logistics outsourcing and how does it work with Fortuna?
Logistics outsourcing means we take over workforce operations in your warehouse or production facility. We provide a complete team - recruited, employed, trained, and supervised by Fortuna. You set the goals, we deliver the results. Our coordinator manages the team on-site, every shift.
How quickly can Fortuna provide workers?
We can mobilise 50 to 100 workers within a few days. We recruit from an active pool of candidates across Poland, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic. Every worker arrives with a valid contract, insurance, and safety training completed before the first shift.
Do you provide accommodation and transport for workers?
Yes. Across the group, we operate 250 accommodation facilities and a fleet of 450 buses and vans. Workers live in housing we manage and commute on our transport. This is included in the service - you don't arrange anything separately.
What countries does Fortuna operate in?
Fortuna operates primarily in Poland and the Czech Republic. Our main office in the Czech Republic is in Brno (Štefánikova 121/52). We recruit workers from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, and other European countries.
How is Fortuna different from a traditional staffing agency?
A typical staffing agency sends you individual workers. Fortuna delivers managed teams with a coordinator who runs daily operations at your site. We also provide our own accommodation and transport infrastructure - most agencies rely on third parties for that. And we work exclusively in logistics, warehousing, and production - no generalist services.
